• Facilitating senior management events to build understanding and commitment
• Supporting management teams in their role as visible advocates for an environmentally sustainable strategy

Shared goals and visibility of performance

• Supporting management teams define the indicators & measures for a reporting dashboard

Clearly define the required behaviours

• Define behaviours and competencies that will enable the organisation to implement a sustainable strategy
• Publish and cascade the required behaviours and competencies
• Deliver innovative workshops/events so that teams and individuals see the benefits of adopting a sustainable strategy
