Delivery

The Delivery phase of work includes the following activities:

Implementing shared systems

  • Reporting systems to track performance against targets to deliver the sustainable strategy
  • Knowledge management system to capture best practice between teams, across the organisation and within the wider economy
  • Risk identification system: confidential/no-blame reporting to flag-up potential problems and concerns
  • Planning systems: integrated planning so that organisational interdependencies are identified

Establish core skills/competencies that underpin the transition to a low carbon strategy 

  • Interpersonal skills: facilitation, effective teams, coaching, sharing best practice
  • Operational skills: team leadership skills, process analysis/improvement, root cause analysis
  • Embed collaborative working into ways of working

Evaluate processes/procedures

  • Incorporate collaborative activities within processes/procedures
  • Ensure consistency of processes through actions to review and improve
